Rukutai Street, Mission Bay

This house originally had a solid plaster cladding system over a fibre cement substrate. The opportunity was taken to incorporate improvements including a re-pitched roof with eaves to improve the weathertight design, new double glazed joinery, upgraded insulation, new deck and a full interior refurbishment (new kitchen and bathrooms, lighting, paint, carpet and tiles). The house was reclad in Linea 180mm weatherboards on a 20mm timber cavity.
