Warren Ave, Three Kings

This house originally had a solid plaster cladding system over a fibre cement substrate. The opportunity was taken to incorporate improvements including a new roof, new joinery and upgraded insulation. A full interior repaint was undertaken and new carpet installed. The house was reclad in Linea weatherboards and Titan Board on a 20mm timber cavity.
